Very nice and comfortable seating with a super great view on ocean front.
Hookah taste and selection is good .
Nice sauna as well. (Big and clean)

Q:Do they allow Cigars?

They don't seem to oppose it, especially if you sit in the seating below the deck/patio area separate from others.
